Everybody has been talking up QB Russel Wilson, QB Josh Allen, and QB Aaron Rodgers for their impressive starts, and they are all well deserved. But the reigning Super Bowl Champ, Patrick Mahomes, wanted to remind everyone that he is the best QB in the league.
Mahomes took his wrath out on the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football. This game was one of the most talked-about when the NFL released the 2020 season schedule. The two most recent MVPs, Mahomes (2018) and Lamar Jackson(2019), who lead the two Superbowl frontrunners, were meeting on primetime television. Mahomes was ready and tore apart the Ravens defense, one of the best in the NFL. Mahomes was damn near perfect and led his team to victory over the Ravens, 34-20.

Worst-Atlanta Falcons’ Defense-Blew a 16 point lead to fall to 0-3
The Falcons’ defense has once again found themselves on the worst of the NFL after coming off one of the worst losses in franchise history. After their devastating loss to the Dallas Cowboys in week 2, the Falcons’ defense needed to play a great game at home to reassure fans that they have what it takes to make the critical stops. That didn’t happen. The Falcons had another crippling loss to the Chicago Bears on Sunday, 30-26. The defense has been crippling for the Falcons, and it is going to lose people’s jobs if they don’t get its act together soon.
The Cowboys and the Seahawks are elite offenses, so those games would be challenging. But the Bears don’t possess many playmakers that should’ve created problems for their defense. The Bears turned to their backup QB Nick Foles after the Falcons had built a 16 point lead, but that was the beginning of the end, again. Foles ripped this defense to shreds. The Falcons possess one of the best offenses in the NFL, but the defense is bad on a historical level.
