Best-Corey Seager SS Los Angeles Dodgers-3-3 2R 2RBI 1HR
The LA Dodgers have been the best team for the 2020 season, and on Tuesday night, they clinched the NL West for the 8th straight season. A large part of their dominance comes from a healthy Corey Seager. The Dodgers have the two most recent MVPs, Mookie Betts and Cody Bellinger, but the guy who has been the model of consistency has been Corey Seager.
Seager (.321AVG 14HR 39RBI 36R) is in the top 20 in all major offensive categories while also playing a great defense up the middle. He will have a great chance to remind people that he was the next great Dodger before Bellinger. The postseason should be a great showcase for himself and for the Dodgers to bring home the title.

Worst-Frankie Montas SP Oakland Athletics-4IP 7H 5ER 1BB 3K 70PC 1L
The Oakland Athletics have been one of the best teams in the American League, but their ace Frankie Montas has been pretty bad. Montas (3-5 6.32 47K 1.57WHIP) has taken a step back, and it leaves a big void for the Athletics. This is not a great thing as the playoffs are less than a week away, and the A’s need a focused Montas going in. The A’s might have to make the big decision and not pitch Montas in game one or at all. His playoff contribution may have to come from the bullpen.
